Selection. What is the selection?

 

On the “target” page I wrote what type of women I need.

I looking for 10 women, who is:

  • speak different languages
  • they do different jobs,
  • has an adequate financial background,
  • lives a middle- and upper-class life,
  • healthy,
  • has a secondary or higher education,
  • They apply from 10 different countries,
  • speaks at least two languages, one of which is English,
  • they come from different parts of the world,
  • has the same goals as me.

 

I would like us to decide everything together.
I would like everyone to be able to express their opinion, so starting with the first woman, I ask every woman: “…should we hire the next applicant into the company and the family? What do you think of the next contestant?…”

That’s why it’s worth applying as soon as possible, because if there are already 9 women, then 10 people (I am the tenth)
will decide whether or not to add the eleventh member to the company and the family or not.

 

I want everyone to have a say (in their own right to vote) in the direction the company and the family should go.
